Errors Connecting Renpho

Context

When attempting to connect to Renpho's platform, users may encounter an authentication error stating, "Provider rejected the supplied credential."

Answer

Currently, Vital authentication is only supported on the legacy Renpho app, not the newer Renpho Health app. If you're receiving authentication errors, please verify which version of the app you're using.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Supported: Legacy Renpho app

  • Not Supported: Renpho Health app (newer version)

Due to restrictions on Renpho's side, Junction cannot integrate the newer Renpho Health app.
